Shipping Information:

Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method and destination and will be added automatically calculated at checkout. We try to proceed with all orders within 48 hours. Please note that the delivery times listed are only to be used as a reference, unexpected delays in delivery on the side of the deliverer or destination customs clearance processes can happen and we are not to be held accountable for them.

Important Delivery Information: –

All orders require a signature upon receipt -After three unsuccessful tries to deliver the package to the indicated address, on behalf of the courier, the items can be sent back to us by the delivery service. Costs that may occur through delivery and return shipment must be paid by the customer. -After the item/items have been shipped, the order can not be canceled anymore. -After the Item/Items have been shipped, orders can not be redirected to another address then indicated.

Tracking

You can check the status of your shipment by logging into your account. After the package has been shipped we will send you a shipment confirmation and tracking ID

Taxes/ Duties

For purchases inside the European Union, the local Vat will be applied and is already included in the purchasing price. For purchases from destinations outside the EU extra duties or taxes can be applied by the authorities. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes by your country and payment of these.
