All items can be returned within 14 days after being received. Items to be returned must be unworn and unused and in their original condition and their original packaging. We kindly ask you to make sure items are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes must also be protected since they are considered part of the product. Returns with damaged shoe box may not be accepted. Please do not remove the sole-protection-foil if you are not sure you want to keep the item, since shoes are only accepted for return with the protection-foil still in place.
Returned shoes that do not fulfill the conditions above or with missing/ incomplete custom documentation can not be processed and will be refused and returned to the shipper.
If you want to return an item please use the return form.
After receiving the returned item and made sure all the requirements have been met, you will be refunded the purchasing price (without shipping costs) on the paying device used for purchase. We are doing our best to process every return/refund as fast as possible but at least within thirty (30) workdays after we received the returned item.
If your order has been shipped within the EU, all taxes will be refunded. In case the destination was outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are not refundable. You might be able to recover the costs on your behalf by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Exchange and Repair Policy:
Every Shoe underwent strict quality control before leaving the factory. Our goal is to deliver perfect quality items. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us directly at email@example.com. If you recognize any manufacturing flaws within twelve months after purchase please also contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org . We may ask you the send us the item in question so we can review if there is indeed a manufacturing defect (materials or workmanship). If that is the case the item will be repaired or exchanged if a repair is not possible. Please note that any issues with the item that is a result of damage or normal wear and tear (such as scuff marks, scratches, or dirt) cannot be accommodated.
Please contact our customer service directly before returning a defective item. Please include your order number, name, date of purchase, and a description of the defect in the message.
